Almaty and Moscow signed memorandum on cooperation for 2020-2023

Almaty. November 18. KazTAG - Moscow and Almaty have signed a memorandum on cooperation in 2020-2023, reports TASS.
"The administration of Almaty and the Government of Moscow have signed a memorandum on cooperation in 2020-2023. The document will define bilateral relations in the trade-economic, scientific-technical, humanitarian and cultural cooperation," said the message.
"The commodity circulation of Almaty with Russia reached $4.7 bn in 2018. The commodity circulation of Moscow and Kazakhstan makes $4 bn," said Eugeniy Bobrov, general consular of Russia in Almaty.
He said Moscow and Almaty play a key role in cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan.
