Almost a third of population is fully vaccinated in Kazakhstan - EDB

Almaty. September 21. KazTAG - Almost a third of the population has been fully vaccinated against coronavirus infection in Kazakhstan, said the Eurasian Development Bank.
“The leaders in the region are Kazakhstan and Russia, where more than 31% and 27% of people, respectively, have received full vaccinations,” said the report.
According to the survey, in Belarus this figure is about 15%, in Tajikistan - 11%, in Kyrgyzstan - 8%, in Armenia - 4%.
For comparison, in China almost 70% of the population is fully vaccinated, in the European Union - about 60%, in the United States - more than 50%.
