According to the draft of the budget program "Organization of trapping of straying dogs and cats" the authorities of Shymkent requested 130 800 thousand tenge for 2020, and 91 710 tenge annually for 2021, 2022.
The developers of the draft of the budget program said, "trapping of straying dogs and cats is made to lower the level of infection diseases".
