"The decision taken by the aviation administration of Kazakhstan on revocation of exploitation certificate prior to the announcement of results of checks by the Governmental commission is timeless. The Law and Rules define the order of suspension of exploitation certificate. Accordingly, the decision taken by the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan on suspension of the exploitation certificate of Bek Air company has no ground and illegal - it is made only on the base of radiogram. In compliance with Clause 3. Art.292 of the Republic of Kazakhstan the company will apply to the specialized interdistrict economic court of Nur-Sultan," reads the statement of the air company.
The company will ask the court to recognize the decision set forth in the radiogram of the authorized organization of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC on suspension of the certificate as invalid.
