Cold snap forecasted on nearest three days in Kazakhstan

Astana. November 18. KazTAG - Cold snap is forecasted on the nearest three days in the majority of regions of Kazakhstan, reports Kazhydromet.
"Anti-cyclone has formed in the arctic air mass above the Caspian Sea which will move to the south-west and reach the central districts of the European territory of Russia on November 21. Cold air from the Arctic seas will flow to Kazakhstan through Western Siberia bringing cold snap in the majority of the regions," reads the weather report.
The temperature will drop to -28-33 in the northern, central and eastern regions causing snowfall and northern wind.
"Snow, ice slick, fog are forecasted in the western, southern and south-eastern regions. The temperature will drop to -7-15 at night, to -3-8 in the south," said the report.
