Constitutional law of Kazakhstan "On election" may be amended

Astana. February 10. KazTAG - The Constitutional law of Kazakhstan "On elections" is planned to be amended.
"The party lists must include at least 30% of people aged under 20 and women of the total number of people," said the proposal of the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan.
The current law has no such norm.
“Only one list from one political party is allowed to be registered in a territorial constituency, in which the number of individuals under the age of 20 and women should be at least 30% of the total number of persons included in it,” treads the draft of Article 104.
