Corporate management system proposed to be created in Kazakhstan

Almaty. October 16. KazTAG - It is proposed to create the national system of corporate management in Kazakhstan, reports Atameken.
"The experience showed that business does not know all the advantages of corporate management. Local specialists have no duly qualification in this field. The state bodies are not much interested in creation of introduction of the system, and coordination of the process," said Rustam  Zhursunov, deputy chairman of Arameken.
In his words, it all contributed into deterioration of the position of Kazakhstan on several indexes in the Global Competitiveness Index of the World Economic Forum. The state's rating has dropped in the indexes "Corporate ethics" and "Professionalism of managers" (8 and 9 points).
In order to correct the situation, the National Chamber has developed a system and complex approach.
"We propose to create a uniform institutional base for development of corporate management both in the state and public sector. We propose to establish the National Council for corporate management issues. To establish the base, national standards which will be applied throughout the state. Such approaches have proved their effectiveness in the international practice," he said.
