"Pretrial investigation has been initiated following death of a task forces soldier and injuries of police officers. The facts have been recorded under the signs of crimes under the Articles 130 (murder) and 39-130 (attempted murder)," said the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Kazakhstan.
In the time of Atambayev detention in Koy-Tash village an officer of the task forces has been killed, head of the police department of the Chu region Samat Kurmankulov has been seriously injured, doctors said he is in critical condition.
