"The disinfection center of Almaty uses modern substances which are related to the 4th safety class, i.e. not dangerous. They cannot harm people's or animals' health. They are prepared in compliance with the instructions," he said.
He marked the warning not to go outside for five hours after disinfection "is a compulsory precaution measure which must be performed".
