"By the order of the Government of Kazakhstan Aset Irgaliyev has been appointed as a first vice minister of national economy of Kazakhstan," reads the message.
From March 2019 Irgaliyev headed the Prime Minister's Office, prior to this he worked as a vice minister of national economy, in 2017-2018 he headed the center of project management of the Prime Minister's Office.
