Former head of presidential security service Chingis Arinov appointed as head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan

Astana. February 7. KazTAG – Chingis Arinov has been appointed  as Minister of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, reports Akorda.
“By decree of the head of state, Chingis Arinov was appointed as Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was relieved of his previously held position,” reports the statement.
From January 2022, Arinov held the post of deputy head of the state security service - head of the presidential security service; before that, from 2006, he served in various officer and management positions in the state security service.
