"A jubilee medal “Astana 20 zhyl” for award of the citizens of Kazakhstan and foreign states for contribution into development of the state and its capital will be issued," reads the decree of the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev N667 dated April 17 2018.
The jubilee medal can be awarded by the President of Kazakhstan, and on behalf of the president it can be awarded by the state secretary of Kazakhstan, representatives of Parliament chambers, Government members, akims of Astana and Almaty, regions and other officials.
