At a meeting of the Majilis, the Head of State instructed to create a public social fund "Kazakhstan Khalkyna". Kaspi.kz and co-founders of the company Vyacheslav Kim and Mikhail Lomtadze resolved to donate T10 billion tenge to the fund.
The funds transferred to the fund will be used to solve the problems of citizens in the field of healthcare, education, social support, culture and sports. Assistance will be provided to the affected population in emergency situations. The fund will also provide assistance in the treatment of children with rare diseases, it will also finance the construction of social and cultural facilities.
