"Ratify the agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkey on mutual protection of classified military information concluded in Ankara on September 13 2018," reads the draft decree of the Government.
The agreement provides for transfer of classified military information, order of its use, protection and measures taken in case of its leak and others.
