"We are on the stage of planning of securities issue for the next year, until the end of the year we will approve and publish it. We plan to borrow in tenge on the domestic market, so that not to attract expensive foreign loans. Taking into account the rate volatility it won't be correct to borrow on the foreign market," he said.
He reminded this year Kazakhstan has issued euro bonds valued 1.05 bn euro.
"We have issued euro bonds, they have been offered. We do not plan any new issues for now," he added.
