Kazakhstani student detained in Hong-Kong in clashes with protestors

Astana. November 21. KazTAG - Kazakhstani student has been detained in Hong-Kong in the time of clashes with protestors, reports the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan.
"According to the police of Hong-Kong, a citizen of Kazakhstan- first year student of Baptist university of Hong-Kong Nukpi Abilkair was detained in the time of clashes on November 18. The consular attended the student, he is in stable health condition, he suffered minor scratches on his right arm when he fell in the time of detention. He has no complaints about the confinement conditions," said the message.
Preliminary hearing on his case has been held.
"Our general consular took this case under control; diplomats will control observance of rights of our citizen. More than 4000 people have been detained in Hong-Kong due to mass protests, thus there is a lack of lawyers," said the report.
