"Dutch, Russian and South Korean students take the leading three positions in the ranking (553 points, 549 points and 542 points). The students from Italy (461 points), Uruguay (450 points) and Kazakhstan (395 points) take the last places," said the report.
The rating is based on the international interrogation conducted by ICILS among twenty states located in several continents.
