“According to the results of the voting, the board of directors decided to approve the procedure of state registration of the issue of bonds of Kazakhtelecom JSC for a total amount of KZT120 billion and determine the conditions for their release with subsequent placement of bonds at KASE,” - the document submitted by Kazakhtelecom said on Friday.
The document states that the decision was made on May 13. The nominal value of one bond is KZT 1 thousand.
