“As far as I know, this building (“Gastro-center” - KazTAG) belongs to Kuandyk and his partners, as does the Sensata company, where Bakhytzhan (Baijanov, a relative of Bishimbayev and director of the “Gastro-center” - KazTAG) is the founder, Bakhytzhan provided discount, which I received when buying an apartment,” said Aytym Amangeldy, the brother of Saltanat Nukenova, in whose brutal murder Bishimbayev is accused.
The prosecutor also asked about the relationship between Bishimbayev and Baizhanov.
“I can’t say anything about this except that all the instructions given regarding the apartment were carried out by Baizhanov, and from Sensata’s point of view everything went through Baizhanov,” Amangeldy said.
