“The project provides for the possibility of refunding funds in case of a flight delay for more than five hours,” said the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee.
Passengers will be able to return the money only if the flight delay was the fault of the airline.
Now passengers are refunded the cost of tickets if the delay is 10 hours.
