"A criminal case was opened under part 1 Art. 279 (violation of regulations in field of architecture, town planning and construction) after a child fell into an opened well," said the police department of the Kostanay region.
6 years old child fell into a well on the corner of Gogol and Baitursynov streets in Kostanay on December 26. According to Berik Iglikov, father of the child, the well was opened but covered with snow. The child fell on concrete, damaged his tongue and an elbow, but managed to avoid serious trauma.
