"Intrusion of cold and wet air masses often comes from North Ural to Kazakhstan on May 17-20. At the upcoming weekend rains and drop of temperature are expected in the majority of regions of Kazakhstan”, reads the weather alert on May 18-20.
Rains are forecasted in the south on Saturday, in the north, and in the center on Monday at spots.
“Anticyclone is moving from the European part of Russia to Kazakhstan which will stop the precipitations, but northern flows will cause drop of temperature," said the meteorologists.
