Representatives of OSCE Majilis Observation Mission arrived in Kazakhstan
Astana. October 29. KazTAG - Representatives of the mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to observe the elections to the Majilis have arrived in Kazakhstan, reports the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
"Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Margulan Baimukhan has received the representatives of the OSCE Needs Assessment Mission, headed by the OSCE / ODIHR Senior Election Adviser Alexey Gromov, who arrived in Kazakhstan in connection with the forthcoming elections of deputies of Majilis scheduled on January 10, 2021," the statement said.
Traditionally the OSCE assessment missions visits a state several months before the elections in order to analyze the pre-election process.
