"The requirements to taxi drivers will be toughened in Almaty. There can be no more than two people in a car (including a driver), a passenger and a driver must sit in staggered order in maximum distance," said the report.
Transport must be supplied with individual protection means, including antiseptics, drivers must wear masks.
