"It was a road conflict, three people were driving down a straight road, other three were coming onto a road in a lorry. The conflict started from the argument about who had to give road. As it happens, cross-talk grew into a fight," he said.
Answering the question of journalists, the road conflict took place on February 5.
"Messages were spread in the social networks. People were sharing them thoughtlessly as a result young people followed," he added.
