"The draft of law will bring amendments in the Code of Kazakhstan on administrative violations, and also in the laws "On advertisement" and "On lotteries" and lottery activity," reads the report.
The updates are expected to strengthen protection of the rights and legitimate interests of people, to ensure transparency and maximum openness of the lottery, to provide the authorized body with the possibility of operational regulation of lottery activities.
