The drafts of laws were initiated by Ak Zhol fraction in the Majilis.
"These drafts of laws are important for the Parliament system and will result in crucial changes. They will create a base for development of progressive society and power system," said Azat Peruashev, Majilis deputy.
The opposition will get the right to initiate Parliamentary hearing, form the agenda of Governmental hour in the Parliament, promote its representatives to the post of secretaries and chair people in the committees of parliament chambers.
