Social Health Insurance Fund is to spend more than T159 billion on combating COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of coronavirus

Astana. September 25. KazTAG - The Social Health Insurance Fund is going to spend more than T159 billion on the fight against COVID-19 and pneumonia with signs of coronavirus, said Bolat Tokezhanov, chairman of the board of the fund.
“At the moment, the fund has provided more than T159 billion to cover the measures to combat coronavirus and pneumonia. Including T50.5 billion for the treatment of patients with coronavirus, PCR tests at the stationary level - T4.2 billion, for the provision of inpatient services at home - T0.4 billion, for PCR tests at the outpatient level - T10 billion, for operation of mobile teams - T2.4 billion, " he said.
From March to July, the fund has paid T36.9 billion for treatment, PCR testing and  work of mobile teams.
