“According to the forensic medical examination, the preliminary cause of the child’s death was mechanical asphyxia from compression of the neck and chest with a blunt, hard object. He also suffered fracture of 2nd and 3rd rib, closed head injury, fracture of the arch and base of the skull, hemorrhage under the soft meninges of both hemispheres of the brain, rupture of the right lung. The diagnosis is preliminary. The final diagnosis will be declared after histology," said the police.
As it was reported, a man ran up to 22 years old woman near the store in the village of Burma on September 5. Because of hostile relationships he grabbed her three years old son and ran away.
The boy's body was found in the forest on the outskirts of the village on July 8.
The suspect was detained at night on September 9 at the station square in Karaganda. Police revealed that in 2014 he was sentenced to nine years in prison for murder, but received parole and was released in January 2019.
