“Tokayev has received Nurlan Yermekbayev, Minister of Defense. (…) The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces has instructed to send military doctors to Lebanon to provide medical assistance to the injured in the explosion in the port of Beirut," reads the message.
