"In the regions with minimal growth rates, not more than 2% per week, it is allowed to resume operation of : trade-entertainment centers (except food-court, cinemas); catering points (with more than 50 sets); nonfood shops (more than 2000 sq.m.); fitness centers, sport complexes; SPA centers, saunas; children camps; public transport without restrictions," reads the report.
