"Following the results of the five months of 2020, the police department of the Mangistau region has conducted a number of arrangements for countering terrorism and extremism. In the course of operational and preventive measures against destructive religious movements, a number of offenses of a terrorist and extremist nature have been revealed. Two have been convicted of inciting religious enmity. These individuals spread videos of extremist content on the Internet, " reads the statement.
