"By the order of the Government of Kazakhstan Azamat Batyrkozha has been appointed as Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan," reads the statement.
From February 2019 Batyrkozha chaired Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary, from 2018 until 2019 he worked as president of Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary, from 2015 until 2017 he headed the department of technological and innovational development of the Ministry of Industry and Development of Kazakhstan.
