“By the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the bank, held on October 30, 2020 in Almaty, Bolat Zhamishev was elected as a member of the board of directors - independent director of the bank. By the decision of the bank's board of directors, Bolat Zhamishev has been appointed as a chairman of the board of directors of Bank RBK JSC," reads the report.
Zhamishev was appointed to the post of chairman of the board of directors of the NJSC Social Health Insurance Fund in April 2020 , before that from August 2014 to April 2019 he chaired the board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, from June 2013 to April 2014 he was a minister of regiona development.
